ICandy Photo Mansion policy

 

MOTHERS DAY BOOKING DATES: 

$200 DEPOSITS REQUIRED (through bank transfers preferably).  ALL DEPOSITS/ ANY PAYMENT YOU MAKE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

ALL FILES ARE SENT VIA EMAIL ONLY, WE DO NOT PRINT PHOTOS.

 

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!! 

DURING CAMPAIGN MONTHS ICANDY REQUIRE A $200 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS. 

ICandy requires $150 deposit or 50% if greater packages than 150 deposit to secure a regular (non campaign dates) booking date. Balance is required 48 hours before shoot, if paying by bank transfer. 

Please note: Bookings are done within a one month period unless there are pre-booking dates available.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to you appointment already fully dressed in one of your shoot's attire.

Please note that a 48 hour cancellation notice is needed, same day cancellations will result in a $50 re-booking fee.

NO BTS VIDEOS OR SHOTS FROM CELLPHONES ARE ALLOWED IN SHOOT ROOM

PERSONS NOT IN THE SHOOT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE SHOOT ROOM, UNLESS THE CLIENT IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. 

 

15 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD FOR SHOOT ARRIVAL!!

CANCELLATIONS!! We require a notice for cancellations. Rescheduling is free is $25 for first rescheduling. Additional rescheduling fee of $50. If you do not rebook within 30 days, you will loose your booking deposit amount. 

DEPOSITS

Deposit are non refundable and are Valid for 30 days from the original date of booking 

DEPOSITS ARE CONSIDERED FULL OR PARTIAL PAYMENTS.

BANK BALANCES & TRANSFERS

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST banking info until you are certain you want to book the appointment. There are other persons who may be wanting the same date and time on an in person transaction. Receiving the banking info will not guarantee your the spot is held, we will need the screenshot of your bank transaction via WhatApp within ONE HOUR of us sending you the banking info. 

Dates will not be held for more than one hour after banking info is to you send via WHATSAPP! BANK TRANSFER CLIENTS MUST PAY THEIR BALANCES WITHIN 48HOURS OF SHOOT DATE.

 

SHOOT/STUDIO REGULATIONS

ALL PHOTOS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL, TEN DAYS AFTER SHOOT DATE.

All clients are required to have hair and makeup professionally done prior to arrival. This will not be allowed at the studio. If you need hair or makeup change for your shoot please consult with ICandy for a custom session.

 No children or guest are allowed in the waiting room nor shoot room unless they are apart of the session!

 

ICANDY SIGNATURE

All photos are signed by ICandy. For any reason you need the signature removed for commercial or promotional purposes please contact ICandy directly before booking for rates. WhatsApp 359-1096. 

TODDLER SESSIONS 

At this time icandy is not accepting any babies or toddlers.  All toddlers & babies will need to be booked in a mommy&me or family sessions. No exceptions.
